Renown Health reviews

Not long after I left, Renown Health completely turned over lab management, and for good reason. Workers are pushed to extremes for little incentive and low pay. Many positions are under-staffed and lacking leadership. I would exercise caution when applying here. Renown Health has a great indoctrination initiative, being very quick to "welcome employees to the family", but does little in the way of employee appreciation or addressing conflicts between employees and management.

Toxic Environment - Bullying runs rampant and HR refuses to look into it or do anything about it, Racism happens and HR refuses to do anything about it, People getting promoted who shouldn't be promoted, Communication is lacking - we are told one thing and then something happens (people getting promoted but we are told we are in a freeze), No diversity what so ever, favoritism happens (kind of like high school! If you are part of the IN crowd you don't have to worry about anything!), No roadmap for growth or mentorship, turnover rate is high in the department (nearly 100%)!
