      Pros

      Great place to learn and grow nursing skills.

      Cons

      Pay Questionable decisions from upper management, ie take away 401k matching from current staff to pay new hires a 75k sign on bonus. No retention bonus No incentive for good experienced staff to stay. Poor benefits, especially from an organization that has their own health insurance.

      There is a large network that can be accessed

      Very non patient centered care, remove healthcare jobs while continuing to build and 'restructure' their company. Very little benefit to working here if you want to keep your mental sanity and feel as though your livelihood is not constantly threatened

      Pros

      The teams I worked with were full of brilliant minds and very motivated individuals which helped everyone grow technically and with knowledge of the business processes. Also, there was a great work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership decided to go through mass terminations several times in the last couple of years. This has killed morale for several teams and they have let go of incredibly valuable individuals which led a lot of us to believe that there is no security here and we are all expendable.
