Frontline employees truly care about the patients. Tremendous camaraderie among experienced staff in their particular field. Organization knows how to pull together in a crisis to provide service to the larger community. Good work/life balance as far as flex time and benefits.

Cons

Empire building with leadership is out of control. ZERO accountability concerning management decisions or performance. An abundance of completely unqualified personnel getting promoted based on who they know not what they can do. No governance on spending and financial management, push the problem downhill and fire the people that speak out to try to make a difference.
