      Pros

      Great culture and fast growing company. Positive environment. Management is very flexible and easy to work with. Republic has adapted very well during Covid and that has been a positive experience in a hard time.

      Cons

      The company operates incredibly lean and is growing fast. Sometimes people can feel overwhelmed with the fast pace snd the growing pains can be a challenge.

      Cons

      Higher ups all over the place. Ideas/plans always changing. Taken away over time.

      Republic has systems in place to reward quality work, but the employment experience can vary between locations. A number of methods are used to gather employee feedback, including the failure of a manager to provide adequate praise to employees, for resolution.

      Pros

      If you're in the RAMP Progam you will have your own branch within a year and half. Salary and benefits is great for managers, from what I was told.

      Cons

      If you don't like collections, don't work here! Also, be mindful of what you say to your manager or other employees. If you vent about how you don't like working for collections, you will be demoted. Also, you are in the RAMP program, you must be willing to relocate anywhere and if you say no to a branch, you'll be fired.

      Collection calls are a requirement for all positions in the branch offices and are a normal part of the lending business. Republic Finance complies with all applicable laws regulating how collection activities are conducted. Republic’s training program is highly successful. Training is monitored for proper delivery and completion, and any branch specific deficiencies should be reported to senior management for resolution.
