      Good benefits that’s about it.

      Cons

      Management is a joke and lot of unqualified people sit in those positions. Leadership takes no ownership and Its a very throw you under the bus mentality. They do not encourage promotion from within nor value their employees or employee input unless you are part of the good ol’ boys club. They push the same surveys over and over expecting different results and are dumbfounded when the results are bad. No action is ever taken on the surveys to address or improve upon them neither and your bullied into taking them. Raises/ bonuses are rarely given and there is no cost of living assessments.

      Good pay (if your frontload) weekends/holidays off Free uniforms free laundry great benefits plenty of opportunities for HR violations and discrimination so g,o get ur payout with a lawsuit and bring your camera to work

      Cons

      -poor communication from management unless it affects them -lies about internal moving/promotions will outsource hire first - will not care for your goals and expectations within the company - no job security, they will tell you no one is getting let go then fire an entire department the next week and give out a severance package to keep from paying unemployment - Most issues will not be fixed unless HR is involved or someone higher up within the chain of managementnt gets a earful

      Remote work opportunities. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Total micro-management by corporate and management team. Unethical practice with regard to withholding commissions if customers cancel due to poor service or bad debt. Account Managers take the fall for ALL LOSSES whether controllable or uncontrollable. Fresh ideas are not welcome not will management fight for what’s right for you.
