      Pros

      There's not really much. I had been wanting to leave for a while, just the 3 lunches a week and the fact they had cashews and nutella as snacks are 'pros' I guess

      Cons

      management is quite bad, super high turnover. very toxic environment, no one seems happy and everyone says they are only there until they find a new job. I don't think anyone stays longer than 6 months.

      - No salary hike for last 2-3 years - No promotion for last 2 years, only managers get promoted. - In recent years company has become more of sales company than software company

      I could work from home

      I did contract work for this company. I had the worst manager I have ever had in my career. She was snotty and mean and cultivated an environment of animosity between the different workers. I walked away from working there feeling ethically gross about the work I did there. I don't tell people I worked there except when talking about embarrassing jobs.
