Pros

- Great office right in downtown Redwood city. Helpful commuter benefits. - Some smart caring people in customer functions - No "face time" policy. If you get your work done then they don't care where you are. - Nice snacks and good meal support too

Cons

- Their is incredibly high churn at the company at all levels. Effectively the entire management team has quit in the last 18 months, including the most people-focused leaders - The leadership is more focused on appearing in the media with grand claims than they are on building solid product that actually helps their customers

Pros

The people are great, you meet a lot of interesting people who have come from all walks of life. I met a lot of people there that I am still friends with. They ramp up responsiblities very quickly, so you have to be a quick learner. However, this leads to my cons.

Cons

Long work hours as they expect a lot, so if you're looking for work/life balance, don't come here. They also begin you as a contract worker on the Sales Operations team and dangle that over your head while you try and obtain full time employment. The turnover here is insane as they probably go through a new sales team every 3 months. The high turnover made me wonder if I would even be working there the next morning.

Pros

Pre-COVID, free office lunches, snacks, subsidized public transport. Growing revenue and company.

Cons

Is it ever a good thing when your CTO is directly equated to Donald Trump for his inability or inaction to stop a blatant problem? We got that. Is it a good thing when nearly half your Engineering organization leaves in two months due to unhappiness, lack of career growth, or a dozen other problems? We got that. The company is happy to treat people terribly, because that means less payroll, thus lower costs, thus better financials ratios! Awesome! We're currently in the process of outsourcing our engineering to India, like that's going to get a "start up" SaaS company to go public. But that's alright because its a total sales bro party at the executive level and they know engineering, dude.

Thank you for your candid feedback, we appreciate it. We have been working hard to create a well-defined career path for our global engineering teams and are excited to launch this in the coming weeks, along with our new formalized review process that will begin in January of 2021. We have had our office in India since 2014 and are expanding across multiple departments, as we still continue to expand in the US and EMEA. It is important for us to understand your concerns and encourage to reach out directly to our People Ops team so we can address immediately.
