Pros

There wasn't much to say about this. The hours were flexible, technically. The pay was decent if you hustled.

Cons

I was provided with no guidance and no information as to what was expected of me, just given a name of a guy and some information about him, and then told to write "five stories" about this information. In addition to it being needlessly confusing, it was also highly unethical, as the client was paying us to hide damaging information about himself so he could run for public office.

Pros

They give decent benefits and provide free lunch a couple times a week, the office is nice, and I love my team members!

Cons

You feel like you can never trust management, if you're in any of the fulfillment departments everyone treats you like second class citizens, everyone is overworked, you're expected to take on any work given to you even if you don't have the bandwidth even though they say you can always talk to them about it, if you start as a temp then you probably won't get hired on until after a year or more, they consider themselves a "late stage start-up" so the entire company is an absolute mess.

In efforts to improve communication, we have started to hold more consistent departmental and company wide meetings in addition to the roll out of an employee engagement survey where we can address employees concerns directly.
