It's National Leave A Review Day, so I feel like this is a good time to share my honest experience and provide feedback to a company that fosters an amazing culture, work/life balance and a positive sense of autonomy with a "you get out what you put into it" spirit. I am so thankful to launch my career in tech with a team that has helped me build my confidence and given me the tools and knowledge I need to succeed in my role and beyond. The management team works hard to hold an equal level of accountability across every team member, and rewards those who are willing to put in the work to provide results.

Cons

There's been a lot of changes recently similar to many tech companies in the last couple months. Although the culture is great and it's a fun team, there has become a sense of comfortability and entitlement in a performance-based role with a select few individuals on the team.

A few individuals on our team tried to benefit themselves at the expense of others, causing a rift in our culture. However, we preserved and reclaimed our team spirit

My favorite part about working here is the people. This company has such an amazing culture and are so supportive in helping you to be successful. They are very big on collaboration within teams and across departments. I look forward to coming in and seeing everyone in office and enjoy the hybrid schedule.
