Pros
- Very disruptive idea and platform, current leader in its domain
- Engineering places high value on good programming practices, innovation, and experimentation. I am learning at an exponential rate working here. Work is actually fun and challenging
- Change in the company's vision a couple years ago made Enterprise the focus and we are now skyrocketing. Management is very transparent with their goals, revenues, and costs. We know exactly which direction we are heading each month, and it's up
- Maintains a great startup culture and environment (just take a look at the photos) but with the maturity and direction of a larger company
- Great benefits, flexible hours, good vacation policy
Cons
- Only free catered lunch 3 days of the week (first world problems)
- Salary is competitive, but it's no Google... yet
