      One of the best internships

      Pros

      The work is very real time. The environment is amazing and everyone is genuinely nice. During this internship I was lucky enough to be critical to a major release for their product and gained invaluable experience as a developer. Worked on the analytics team along side some of the brightest at Reputation.com

      Cons

      Going to have to compare all future internships against this one.

      Pros

      I've been working there for three years, and have gained instrumental experience in the process. It's a great way to get the experience you need to drive a value based, solution focused sales process. You'll never win an opportunity based on price. You must learn to sell based on value, and pursue sales in a consultative manner, otherwise you will struggle.

      Cons

      High turnover, and the company is transferring the majority of it's sales team to Tempe, Arizona.

      Pros

      Good training in reputation management. Co-workers are fun and talented.

      Cons

      Management in flux. No one seems to know what is going on within departments. Lack of communication can be crippling when dealing with time sensitive issues and customers. Basic rule seems to be just 'make the sale' and hope for the best later. Company feels like a first year start up rather than an established 8 year old company.
