      Pros

      Free lunch 3x a week. (There are a lot of ppl noting this bc it is truly the best thing someone can say about this company).

      Cons

      Completely dysfunctional and top-down work environment. Sr management makes unilateral decisions and expect all workers to just fall in line (regardless of how results may negatively affect the customer). Products consistently fail to deliver, due to overselling, unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Huge turnover rate – best employees are leaving, and replaced by less talented individuals. HR will comment on these reviews and say 'thanks for your feedback' etc, but it has been provided all along by employees past and present, and nothing new happens.

      The Reputation Platform for Business is a great product offering Free snacks and drinks provided always Free lunch delivery 3 days a week Location is in downtown RWC Free train pass

      Cons

      Turn over is way out of control, great talent that is over worked, under appreciated and walking out the door way too often The team concept does not exist - no communication

      Pros

      Great coworkers, awesome offices, great perks and benefits packages. You get to work on real challenges every day. The company is large enough that you can specialize, but small enough that you feel like your work adds value. Great work/life balance, and fun company events to encourage everyone to spend a little time socializing now and again.

      Cons

      Experience vastly depends on your manager - make sure you're aligned with the person who would manage you before signing up to work here. Communication could be better between teams, but there are things in the works that are designed to improve this.
