      Chaos, lack of training, overpromised growth.

      Pros

      Free lunches, all equipment is provided, rewards in the form of gifts for doing well.

      Cons

      There was a complete lack of training or hands-on learning opportunities from Management. Never got help when I asked for it. Required office hours just to be sent home because someone in the office tested positive for COVID. Extreme amount of favoritism from Management, felt like I was back in college or high school with the amount of cliques and drama between employees. Promised growth with no follow-up. Was lied to on many occasions by Management about many things. Never felt like there was any real "culture". Never felt appreciated, understood, or heard by Management.

      Great work life balance, some stuff moves slow

      People are very friendly, great work life balance, engineering and QA are stable, work is interesting

      Cons

      Inter team dependencies move slowly, knowledge concentrated in a few people
