Incredible potential to capitalize on the obvious trend that feedback matters more than ever. Customer Retention is high, I found it quite easy to keep up my book of Auto Business because the ROI and value is high for Reputation customers. After working at Reputation for over 1 year, I am proud of the company credibility. For example some car dealer groups who are not customers had very high Reputation scores and the company always took the high road and reported the facts without allowing client status to influence the results. I can objectively say that spending money with Reputation is a great way to monitor your feedback at scale. For this reason I found it difficult to resign from a company with such great growth potential.
