Pros

A nice campus and free parking. You are only a couple of blocks from Downtown Redwood City.

Cons

Management hasn't a clue, poor leadership, and everything is reactionary. They do not care for the customer and constantly build things without a though as to how they will handle things. Customer service is completely overwhelmed and the vast majority cancel shortly after signing sue to the lack of results. Take a long hard look at yourself and ask yourself why you have let a plethora of talented individuals leave.

We appreciate you taking the time to deliver candid feedback to us about your experience. Every business can always improve both their employee and customer experience, and in fact we have dedicated a lot of time and energy into both. We've built an approachable and responsive HR team, and have hired more leadership to build the best customer service organization we envision - and we're showing great progress on both fronts. We hope you landed at a great position that makes you happy after leaving the team here at Reputation.com!

Pros

Free lunch & free food in offices wfh once a week generous pto if you’re salaried (if not then not great pto)

Cons

HR is inept. I was harassed based on disability and the only person on my team to have my back was my manager who was based in another office. This company acts like it’s the best at everything & promotes itself well but don’t be fooled by social media. Critiques of the company and management are ignored, as well as any input received from anyone under C-suite.

Pros

The biggest pro that warrants a two star is strong brand recognition. Reputation.com was first to market and has a strong foothold in online reputation management. This is a stepping stone and nothing more.

Cons

Turnover galore Weak senior leadership Organizational confusion No process, limited resources, no training Fail fast fire quickly Has much of the negative associations of an unfocused start up and ruthless cost cutting initiatives of a post IPO player with none of the pros that balance the cons. Most staff from 2013 to 2014 have moved on by choice or otherwise. You're ancient at one year of employment. Some talented people remain at the organization but I wonder if virtue, faith, or confusion guides them to play on amidst silicon valleys rms titanic. Frigid water looms large below this temporarily buoyant vessel. I hope they secure a life boat.
