Absolutely clueless leadership. Know nothing and care less about target markets and customers. Have strayed far away from original core values.

-Very good health care and 401k matching benefits -Flexible hours and vacation, good work / life balance -Slightly above average salary for the area

Cons

-Middle and upper management is crippled by indecision, infighting, and politics -Little opportunity for meaningful advancement, highly monotonous work -Majority of management has a poor understanding of the organization's target markets and core technologies -Emphasis has shifted from innovative technology and value generation to cost cutting -"Core Values" only apply when it is convenient
