So this company actually goes above and beyond to ensure they do not receive a bad survey or review. I am here to tell you that upper management only cares about pleasing the leadership team. Supervisors are extremely inconsiderate and pushy and also partake in bullying and harassment. The ability to advance in operations is almost impossible and when asked about advancing you hear "We are currently revising our advancement ladder and we will let you know when it is ready." Restek also states that they keep employees "In the Light" and believe in "Mutual trust and respect" but only when it pertains to things that they want you to know. Instead of getting more staff to work in the departments, they just make their employees work 4-8 hours of mandatory overtime every week until they are so exhausted that you have more production when you are not on overtime.

If workplace bullying, harassment and hostility is your thing, this is the place for you! Supervisors bully and say horrible things about employees. HR does absolutely nothing even after repeated complaints. Violent threats by supervisors is a horrible thing to happen. Backstabbing and childish rumor spreading is the norm. SUPERVISORS SEEM TO BE STUCK IN 9TH GRADE!
