lots of good people, will train and work with you to develop you personnely and professionally. managment trys to get employee issues right.

Cons

no portion of the compenstation structure is up to par with leading companies. managment is more concerned with the status quo and thier own longevity then keeping a long term well working and stable company around.

Pros

Health benefits are excellent, focus on wellness is outstanding and there is encouragement for growth in terms of career path. Culture is unique and most people are generally pleasant to work with. PTO

Cons

There are growing pains associated with becoming a larger company (in both revenue and personnel). This stress is felt throughout the company, but for the most part there are changes being made constantly to try and reduce this stress and ensure the future of the company.
