Pros

I love to help customers. The bonus for sales.

Cons

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Lot of favoritism if you hang out with supervisors you get away with everything if your productive they give you everyone’s work.

Pros

Good pay (average for call centers), relatively easy work, and the opportunity to not work in sales (a pro for a lot of people) is good. As long as you're not looking for a place/career to invest yourself in personally, this is a great place to work.

Cons

Management. Management. Management. The upper management seemingly have no idea what they are doing as most of the people they seem to promote lack your basic qualifications for the position. Also, any concerns that Agents (the grunts if you will) have are usually brushed aside, especially if those concerns are about the management itself. They preach openness, care, and transparency, but it's obviously a facade. For some though, this may not be relevant as it is a good place to work if you're just showing up for the check and don't care about your higher ups.

Pros

Pros about working at ResultsCX: - Friendly people to work with - Very hands off when it comes to remote work - Clients are decent - Software used is decent

Cons

The downsides include: - Confusing management - You're treated like a number - Depending on client, is way too focused on metrics at times - Bad communication when it comes to technical remote problems - Relies on supervisors to give you information about the client/results and this isn't always reliable in my experience - Can get rid of you without a moments notice, even when they don't pull you into a meeting beforehand (some of this is due to client, but they get rid of you if there's trouble with the client for whatever reason) - They have lied about me transitioning to a new client, then changed their mind without informing us on what even happen d - Most of my original team I worked with, including my favorite supervisor, left very quick into this company (at least when I started working) - The pay isn't enough for the amount of work you do
