Good place to start your career as an computer technician. Teaches you how to repair/replace parts for MacBooks.

Cons

The company went downhill since January 2024 when leadership changed. They focus more on selling the units and have repairs as a secondary focus. Because they want to sell units at a high rate, mistakes were made and MacBook with data of the previous owner were sold. Company lost focus on employee's well being and a lot of good and knowledgeable employees left on bad terms.

Nice colleagues, nice overall atmosphere, snacks, nice office albeit the location is a bit of a pain.

Cons

Their bottom line is what they care about, not the people. Quick to make changes and head in different directions, probably because it's still a start up but they call it embracing ambiguity. It's more like organizational disorder.
