Pros

You get health insurance and some experience.

Cons

Place is an unorganized mess that somehow convinced major companies to give them their old tech devices. They decided that instead of trying to fix safety issues that would be costly upfront, they would rather lay off 95% of the technicians because of their own lapse of judgement. They will gladly be friendly to your face one day and tell you how much good work you did as a team to process computers and the next moment fire everyone who was powering the very metrics they love so much. Just work at GeekSquad you won't be treated like a metric like they do at Revivn.

Pros

There's a learning opportunity and the skills learned at Revivn could very well help with growing as a tech repair.

Cons

Founders pretty much look down on workers in Operations and Repairs. There's no opportunity for growth and management was pretty horrible.

Pros

- Within the facilities, you will make great relationships with your fellow warehouse workers - The work can be engaging and fun.

Cons

- Leadership team does not value employee safety within warehouse facilities. Especially egregious for the San Leandro location, because leadership is in Brooklyn and completely negligent of the day-to-day needs and hazards faced in the facilities. - Maintain strict quotas for technicians to hit - Make unilateral changes to workflows without consulting actual rank and file workers that use them
