Pros

The people, but they’re all jumping ship, look at LinkedIn and you’ll see how many talented people are leaving weekly! It’s so sad.

Cons

Zero accountability from those in HO making constant changes that have damaged the reputation Reynolds worked so hard to build. The team use to be know as the category advisers but have lost their customers trust because of the constant flood of useless products that don’t sell. The hardest working part of the company (TM’s) are being robbed of their hard work by unrealistic goals that make it nearly impossible to hit their quarterly SIP goals. This means they lose thousands of dollars of income because the BAT team/Global Graduates at HO who make the big bucks, can’t properly forecast, causing shortages of the top selling items. ** Most important, BAT does no Value their people, they are all numbers!

Pros

Paid time off for having babies, holidays and vacation--if you can take it

Cons

A complete disaster of late. I used to be able to feel comfortable telling people I work for a to account company because of how well they took care of us. Didn't used to be micromanaging slave drivers. Since BAT took over they have almost tripled our work load. They do not care about the field. One of the leaders in our company was heard calling us "field rats". We were very profitable when they bought us in 2017. We could be more profitable than we are now but they keep sending signage that has the EXACT SAME MESSAGE but in a different color, nonstop brand launches for products that DO NOT SELL. they sit on the shelves and then we're forced to send more to our customers on a pre-book in an attempt to hit unattainable goals. Our relationships with our customers are irreparable. Literally everyone o know that works for this company is looking for another job. Such a shame!!! "We are embarking on an exciting new transformation journey. " Wanna make it exciting? Quit with all of these failed attempts at product launches and FIRE the idiots that are making everyone's lives miserable.

Pros

Since being acquired by British American tobacco there are no longer any pros unless you are woke but don’t want to work.

Cons

Since being acquired by British American tobacco there is no loyalty to employees no clear direction and no apparent desire to excel in the marketplace.
