Run, don't walk

Pros

Company car, health benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401k, that is all I have at this time

Cons

It seems the idea is to eliminate jobs and add more work to trade so they can save money for the people at the top. These days, with the target call count, we are not providing value to the retailers. Nothing is good enough, everyone at the top is money hungry. The last call we had, the CEO complained about democrats introducing another bill for a new stimulus check for covid. Yet, you had your field trade marketing team return to work and therefore, contributed to the lack of progress to contain the pandemic. They learned absolutely nothing about how to create a sustainable organization during a pandemic and everyone is running around like chickens with heads cut off , throwing new programs and initiatives, POS changes every month and the WASTE coming from the crap you ship is absurd for a company that claims to care about. I hope they know that without trade, none of this crap will be implemented.

Pros

Absolutely zero no one wants this job

Cons

Company is beyond secretive and they know it. Hiding where SIP numbers come from, release charts of times to be spent at stores where If you do the math it leaves no lunch time no drive time or any human time. These people are out of their mind and expect more and more while they sit behind a computer and expense lunch all day. Real question is outside of talk about us what else do they actually do? Layoffs are coming in July they snuck in a little document that updated our severance packages and made them worse.

High skill job / low skill wages

Business Outlook

Pros

Company vehicle. Decent benefits. Ability to learn and hone skills that you will be rewarded and much better compensated for at other companies

Cons

Your take home salary as a Territory Manager will be approximately $2,200 a month and you will work 40-50 hrs per week. That translates to approximately $11 an hour. The skills, responsibilities, and expectations required to do the job well does not match the compensation whatsoever. This identical role at any one of our competitors pays significantly more. There is a small bonus you can potentially earn equal to about 1 paycheck but they keep making it smaller and harder to earn every few months so don’t count on a bonus. There is vacation on paper but you will never get to take it because you are required to make up all of the calls you missed while on vacation which is virtually impossible unless you only take one or two days off.
