Pros

RAI Benefits and the great people there prior to the invasion of BAT and the expats.

Cons

Run, run and don’t look back. The culture and leadership is toxic from CEO to his leadership team. Constant restructuring, especially in sales, while the numerous imported expats live in company paid million dollar homes, kids in private schools, country club membership and $75K cars. Cost reduction and restructuring at the expense of Expat Lavish lifestyles. BAT London take a look, it is embarrassing. Added to the unethical nature of this company is the Better Tomorrow purpose, while they continue to launch and bring back old cigarette SKUs focused on profits, a complete contradiction of their purpose. People are leaving without two week notices, a sign they are feed up with this TOXIC culture and we don’t see change coming. March is bonus season time, where many are planning on leaving after they get paid. Don’t be a fool and run too!

Pros

Great benefits, some really good managers and coworkers.

Cons

BAT has decided Reynolds culture is the crap it will cut, and has ruthlessly wielded the knife. Unfortunately, Reynolds culture is more than just how they treat their people; it is also FDA compliance and a strong underlying drive to transform tobacco. The people treatment, the commitment to compliance, and the harm-reduction strategy are now tenuous at best. BAT wants that share price to go up but refuses to acknowledge how strongly the US business drives that price. Attrition is terrible and only going to get worse, which will further compromise the once industry-leading FDA submissions and compliance programs. This ship is sinking, hope y'all can swim (while working 4+ days a week in an office with no flexibility)!
