      5pm. It can only get better with the next company you work for after they suck the life out of you.

      Cons

      8am - 4:59pm Everything else Dont do it! I feel bad for the global graduates who don’t understand what they’re getting in to.

      Pros

      Working for Reynolds came with so many pros in the past. The biggest one being, you felt like you mattered. Currently the only pro is still having a couple good coworkers.

      Cons

      This list could go on for days 1. Saying they are transparent, while they put a blindfold over your eyes 2. Business objectives change more than a toddler throws fits 3. BAT taking over was the beginning of the end 4. Complete BS about wanting to keep employees safe, trade marketing was put in the field during the worst parts of the pandemic , while competitors pulled their people 5. Project Propel was said take things better, I feel like our worlds were pushed into a propeller

      It used to be a great place to work and hopefully still looks good on a resume

      Cons

      Constant changing direction. Literally not enough hours or resources to accomplish the outlandish tasks being asked right now. Large egos at the top. We are literally screaming and jumping up and down asking the FDA to look at what we are doing. Seems like the beginning of the end.
