Pros

Good management, treats employees well, understanding of sick/emergent call outs, good communication, overall a good place to work, I enjoy my job.

Cons

Educators typically get 30 hours so we don't really get any benefits.

Pros

I love working for Right At School because I feel valued and appreciated. The company has great trainings, lots of resources to help me do my job and lots of areas for personal growth. I love the culture of Right At School because it feels like everyone belongs. We are all very different but we respect each other and learn from each other.

Cons

The job can be hard but that is because the job matters. What we do everyday is provide a safe space for children. This is not an easy task especially after COVID.

Pros

The pro is that this survey provides a valuable opportunity for staff voices to be heard and for the organization to gain insight into areas for improvement.

Cons

One potential drawback is that the survey might not lead to meaningful changes, which could impact future participation and engagement.
