Great home office team - most of the people are collaborative and willing to support. The vision of the organization is something to be proud of. When we get it right we get it RIGHT.

Cons

High stress - lack of operational procedures. Often having to wear the hat of sales, HR, finance, and tech. There are departments that support those areas but often it's only 2-3 people covering the entire organization. Makes it hard to have a high level strategic vision without having to work 60-80 hour weeks.
