Pros

The position and job is pretty upfront and clear. The time between the before and afterschool shifts are quite helpful for life as well which makes it a pretty good perk. It was great working with the team and the kids were fun to work with as well.

Cons

Nothing I'd list as a "con" per say. The early mornings tied with a split shift can make adjusting your sleep schedule a little wonky. But nothing so harsh the average person can't make it work. Plan accordingly.

Hi, this is Michelle from Right at School. Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the kids and your team, and that you found the role and expectations to be clear. It’s also great to hear that the split shift schedule provided flexibility for your personal life. Many of our team members appreciate that aspect as well! We completely understand that the early mornings, combined with a split shift, can take some adjusting. The nature of before and after school programs does create a unique schedule and we recognize that it’s not the right fit for everyone. If you ever have additional feedback that you would like to share, I’d love to hear from you! I can be reached at michelle.keene@rightatschool.com. Thanks again!

Hey there, this is Michelle from Right at School. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the pay has felt competitive for your area and that the role works well for students. Many of our team members value the flexibility that our programs offer. We do understand that the part time nature of before and after school programs means hours can be limited and we know that isn’t the right fit for everyone. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with management was inconsistent. We know how important supportive leadership is and are continuously working to develop our leaders so they can best support their teams. If you would be willing to share more about your experience, I’d love the opportunity to connect and learn more. You can reach me at michelle.keene@rightatschool.com. Thank you again!
