      Enjoyable work with kids, but early mornings can be tough

      Pros

      The position and job is pretty upfront and clear. The time between the before and afterschool shifts are quite helpful for life as well which makes it a pretty good perk. It was great working with the team and the kids were fun to work with as well.

      Cons

      Nothing I'd list as a "con" per say. The early mornings tied with a split shift can make adjusting your sleep schedule a little wonky. But nothing so harsh the average person can't make it work. Plan accordingly.

      Good pay for part-time work, management varies

      Pay is good for the area. Good job for students/people who need a second job.

      Cons

      Management is hit or miss. Only part-time is available.
