Amazing kids and holidays off, but poor management

The kids are amazing! You also get Holidays off and can easily add your child to your roster.

Cons

Management was horrid. I was promised a promotion numerous times, only for them to hire someone behind my back. Contacting HR is a joke in itself. They'll always say "communication error" even when proof is provided.

Very easy just watch the kids and we didn't have to do any planning

Cons

It depends on what program manager you get but there is little support for behaviors and if you have issues with your manager you will just get moved to a different site.
