Pros

Remote work and benefits. That’s it.

Cons

Risepoint absolutely ruined Wiley employees and partners alike. You only care about the breadwinners and will slowly pull back services until partners have no choice but to part ways. Why would anyone in their right mind want to partner with a company that wants to give the bare minimum? Certain ELT members have zero communication skills. No people skills. Leave the drill sergeant mentality for the military. Favoritism to those who come from AP. Unrealistic expectations and goals. Leadership makes decisions that negatively impact partners. Very big “deal with it mentality” that will have you immediately blackballed for professionally and respectfully for speaking up on behalf of partners you’ve serviced for years. Thank you for taking away my autonomy. 👍🏻

We understand that times of transition can be particularly challenging, and that not every change will resonate equally across teams, especially through integrations and aligning new ways of working. We remain committed to building a culture rooted in transparency, respect and continuous improvement. As always, we recommend that you reach out to your manager or your People Business Partner to share your feedback.

Pros

None none none none none

Cons

They “eliminated” my position and terminated me the day before my birthday and two days before the end of the month so I wouldn’t have insurance, then reposted my same role a few months later for hire. Ruthless

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. While change can be challenging, we’re sorry to hear how difficult your experience was. While we can’t speak to the details of individual personnel decisions, we know that timing and communication around transitions matter deeply and we are committed to treating all employees with respect and care, especially in those moments. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership and People teams, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Pros

Remote but nothing else I can think off

Cons

- very poor management - cannot really have strong check in’s in place - Leadership takes complete credit of work you do and they don’t even give a damn to recognize you - very poor management with managers just sending emails on status of the work. - Not technical enough to support teams - Major red flag with the management - Inability to delegate - Favoritism and bias
