Pros

Remote work is the only real benefit.

Cons

If you’re not in the inner circle, your career here won’t last. Layoffs are constant, and leadership shows no concern for employee stability. Even higher-ups dislike working here but stay for the paycheck. Extreme micromanagement kills morale and productivity. Partner universities are stuck in contracts they can’t escape. The CEO is arrogant, and his inner circle is no better. So many good people have been let go, destroying team dynamics. This is not a long-term company—expect to eventually be laid off. The culture feels like modern-day slave labor. The good reviews you see here are from the inside to boost ratings. RP even advertises to its employees to leave positive reviews on sites so it won't appear as negatively.
