Pros

Benefits, instill company culture early on

Cons

chaotic, disorganized, severe micromanagement, no autonomy from day 2 forward. I didn't even last a week without discernment saying walk away.

Pros

You can learn a “sales” skill and you will be able to work remotely, great PTO you will want to use it.

Cons

The cons everyone has mention are sad yet very true. This company has went downhill in the employees eyesight. Many of use are unhappy and trying to escape. Strict adherence schedule, metric driven, script “call guide”
