Regular layoffs with high-performing team members being let go in mass organization restructuring without logical reasons. Each layover seems to target older employees or those with more tenure. There is a disconnect between the contributions employees make and the visibility those contributions receive at the leadership level. Frequent team restructuring creates uncertainty and makes it hard to build momentum on long-term initiatives. Organizational changes often feel reactive rather than strategic, leaving employees to absorb the impact without clear communication. Roles and responsibilities can shift without corresponding adjustments to title, compensation, or headcount support. There are instances where workplace dynamics favor certain voices over others, which undermines collaboration and trust. The whole company is chaotic right now. Every department. They restructure and as soon as all of that is in place, they restructure it all again. Super top heavy as well. They have recently hired a lot of senior execs with little to no knowledge of this space, so their analysis is often incorrect but always takes much longer than if they hired from within or people with knowledge in the field.
