Pros

Remote first, flexible, great paid time off, company shut down from Christmas to New Year's

Cons

Salary is not as competitive as it could be, and the company knows this. They are able to keep people with the great benefits, but it still makes it a struggle. It's been difficult to work upward, but the sompany seems to be working to remedy this. Additionally, leadership expectations for work environment for internal facing remote workers is stringent. It puts a heavy burden on working families, especially during afterschool hours and holidays.

Pros

Growth throughout the company, benefits are good and low prices.

Cons

Tons of change over the past few years. Many of those being put into leadership roles have little to no experience in the roles they are leading. This is causing a ton of issues and people are leaving. And example in another dept shows the disconnect- the outside sales people are being run by the marketing dept. Anyone with sales experience knows that marketing and sales are different but they don’t seem to get it.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're happy to hear you appreciate our opportunities for growth and our great benefits package. As you've pointed out, change, particularly as two companies become one, can be difficult - we appreciate your feedback and will pass it along.
