Pros

Amazing pay for new hires!

Cons

Toxic culture (employees complaining daily about how bad they want out) Upper management is a joke (CEO has a dictator mentality), the rest of the C-Suite are merely puppets HR tries to sweep any legal matters under the rug (multiple times for different reasons) Company has let go of people due to health reasons

Pros

Remote first company Decent salary, but still underpaid for title/tenure

Cons

Lots of pressure, last minute deadlines to meet internal stakeholder timelines, inconsistent information, and unmet expectations..... my company got acquired by Risepoint and it has not been a good move at all. The CEO will say one thing and then HR will do another. Health benefits were not good this year. We lost a lot of soft employee benefits in the transition as well as almost a week's worth of PTO. We also lost all the culture that made work fun. Now it's intense deadlines and pressure to meet goals and chaotic business practices. Needless to say I am looking elsewhere.

We sincerely appreciate your candid feedback. Transitioning to one company from two can be difficult, but we are working diligently through our People Team and several internal committees employees can join to build a new, united culture. After conducting a companywide survey related to benefits and several listening sessions, we brought together feedback on our employee benefits program and are proud of collaborative process to get to the 2025 benefits plan. The offering includes a savings discount to employees, a redesigned the wellbeing program, and more comprehensive coverage. As always, we encourage you to bring your concerns to manager or your People Business Partner.
