Pros

Great pay, human resources is great, great training with LinkedIn Learning, can work remotely, company activities, holiday party every year that's fun, diversity of the people that worked there.

Cons

You have to have a Bachelors degree not just an Associates or work experience. Didn't give much training on items I needed to improved on, but they did try and they do provide LinkedIn learning classes. The CEO changed several times, hopefully the new one is a great leader, will stick around and provide opportunities for growth.

Pros

Not much. Remote work is nice.

Cons

- Low pay and merit increases and no profit sharing - Hyper competitive, up or out culture - Unmanageable workloads and no work life balance - No sick leave and low number of PTO days - Private equity owned so the real mission is really to make investors a slightly higher rate of return than they can get in the stock market :-(
