Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience has not been a positive one. Burnout and dissatisfaction are not the outcomes we want for any of our team members, and certainly not aligned with the culture we are building. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and hope you’ll consider speaking with your manager or a People Business Partner to discuss your concerns in more detail.

Pros

They have remote first environment

Cons

Management is poor. Managers are over allocated and unable to help their teams because there's not enough time in the day. Senior leadership is leaving either on their own or being forced out. They will also terminate you without cause.
