      Pros

      AP's mission is incredible, honest and it resonates through the culture and it's employees. People genuinely care, about what they do, how they do it, how we serve and more.

      Cons

      Not many, the pace can get very fast but it keeps our worlds exciting.

      Pros

      Great mission to help students obtain the best education in the most affordable way.

      Cons

      Lots of management change and overall change lately. It seems the execs don’t fully understand what we do. They’re currently hiring many out of country people, which is great for diversity but they don’t have the experience or longevity at any companies. Also very little room for growth in certain sectors. They do not like departments to hire from other departments either.

      Wonderful organization to work for

      Pros

      AP is an amazing organization to work for— the organization does a fantastic job with caring for its employees. From mental to physical health.

      Cons

      You will be sitting awhile taking calls and reaching out to students— set aside time to upgrade your work space. Do research on chairs that will support your body, a lot of individuals also look into standing desks.
