      I wish we had Veterans Day as a holiday to honor those who had and have served our country.

      over worked and under paid

      Pros

      They were able to adapt to increased need through Covid.

      Cons

      They overwork their employees. They expect the same, over-inflated numbers despite employees leaving the company. This puts undue stress on the remaining team members. It's a for-profit attitude in a non-profit world.

      Pros

      I believe that we benefit greatly from being a remote first company. The ability to work from home enhances our work life balance. I also enjoy the shift in our culture - very positive! It is great that we are able to appreciate our employees with the Nector points system in place. I have recommended past co-workers to work at Academic Partnerships and they are enjoying the company.

      Cons

      I still believe that we have some growing to do when it comes to working cross functionally.
