Call Center Nighmare

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The only pro is working from home.

Cons

Every single second is timed. If you need to go to the bathroom in your own home? Too bad. This place is a glorified call center and our role is pointless because we don't know the answers to any of their questions; we have to transfer them to campus advising. QA scores and leads is all they care about. The "benefits" are crap. Absolutely no room for career advancing.
