Pros

AP is doing a really great job working on developing and improving our company culture. They provide a lot of perks and benefits that really set them aside from other companies this size. I appreciate that I have never felt like another number in the sea of employees.

Cons

I don't feel inspired or motivated by the work I do. While the big picture of AP has a great mission, on the day to day I don't feel I'm making a difference or being challenged.

We are launching lots of new technology and programs that will get us caught up and potentially advance in our industry.
