      Pros

      - international team structures - great corporate culture in which support, open communication and feedback are valued - very approachable upper management and ideas / input is heard across hierarchy lines - free coffee, water and fruits in the office - good compensation with great benefits

      Cons

      If anything the long processes for larger decisions (as in any large multinational organization).
