Great co-workers, good benefits, fun mostly environment

Cons

Pre-Auction day prep could last until 2am...with you returning between 7am and 8am that same morning. They have their favorites, like most large companies, and you fit in or you don't.

Incredibly top heavy. Mat leaves have no replacement, because everything is slow. Lots of decision makers but no workers to do the actual work. CEO only cares about shareholders at the expense of the employees, if the numbers do not reach what he told shareholders he will lay people off and not rehire. Which means you are working in an insecure environment that doesn’t care about you. Pay is lower than market value Co workers are scared about losing their jobs, and the bad ones will badmouth you to get job security. Company WILL NOT give you opportunities because they are already short on people. So do not expect it.
