      Solid Company, Bright Future

      Pros

      With Rockwell, you get the best of both worlds - a solid company with a strong history of innovation and integrity (we've been named among the world's most ethical companies 10X); combined with the technology and strategic vision that will enable us to be a strong player in the future. I also appreciate that the company strongly embraces diversity and inclusion, in words and deeds.

      Cons

      Functional silos within the company sometimes make it difficult to get things done. But it's something that the company is aware of and addressing.

      Too many temps

      Pros

      Clean place to work, and most of the supervisors were great to work with. Decent pay, and overtime was abundant.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for time spent on orders. Many lines met quotas, but that doesn't mean the product was QUALITY product. Too many temps!!! When we got good temps in, management would not hire them, and then we would lose them, and have to train new ones over and over and over. More temps than full time when I left.
