      Pros

      Outstanding benefits package. Year end bonuses depend on a number of global factors. I have rec'd bonuses ranging from $1500 to $6700. Work above and beyond the call of duty is recognized and rewarded. They promote from within. Management super-flexible (may be different if you are a production employee) with work hours. This is the first job I have ever had where I was not actively seeking other employment. I will retire here. I have been here 8yrs.

      None that I can think of! I am VERY happy here!

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally great to work with. The office culture has an openness and willingness to help each other.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are unclear, slow to promote. They did not show loyalty to me, when I left RA for higher studies.

      Pros

      Fun People, good product. and great market share in North America. Fun to work for a leader.

      Cons

      Too much politics - you have to be part of the good ole boys club to get anywhere or be a minority/woman to get visibility. I think they are promoting good folks but if you are a white male you can't get the same visibility...don't know how to fix that one.
