Google Sheets is used for entering important claim data that is not integrated into the claims dashboard; this is absolutely horrendous and archaic. Managers are clones. I see no changes being made and no independent thought being promoted. This place is stuck in start up mode without the tools to be ever be a major player. They use a lot of big words that result in so much less. Capturing .3% of the auto insurance market and not investing into internal systems is insane. You'll never grow like that.

Their unlimited PTO is the biggest joke around. They get you in the door with that promise and then you can’t take anything. As someone who has worked in the insurance industry for years, their procedures are a freaking joke. The only reason I’m still there is that I can’t quit u til I have another job. I keep hoping they will fire me, but apparently you can’t get fired. They do random audits and no one can pass them because they put too much emphasis on their process guides which are a huge joke. They also lied about the job in the interview to make sure you don’t really know what your job will be.
