      The CEO clearly does not have a basic understanding of marketing or insurance. That should be a red flag for anyone.

      Pros

      The work life balance is probably better than most.

      Cons

      Frankly, there is very little diversity in general but particularly moving up the management hierarchy. The Product Team is generally disorganized and struggles with effective communication to other departments. The entire company is resource constrained which has caused frustrating bottlenecks.
