      Great company with great people

      Pros

      Extremely passionate and intelligent people working on a very difficult problem to solve Product-market fit showing great early traction Massive market opportunity with lots of investor support, which provides a lot of opportunities for growth as the company grows You manage your own time and aren't micromanaged New 401K and increased benefits for families implemented for January 2017

      Cons

      The company is still figuring out scaling and early stage marketing efforts, which is an opportunity but also can be a risk Very high bar for talent and work output, which works for some but not for all Not for the weak of heart - there's a lot going on at the company and definitely expect you to jump in and start contributing quickly

      None any more - Leadership Team is now just so desperate and the company is hemorrhaging staff

      Cons

      Management are the worst I have ever encountered - the CEO is unfortunately totally out of his depth. All moves that have been made for the last 18 months have been in total panic mode without any long term strategy in mind.
