      Pros

      Not really any pros. The company sucked as a work place and car insurance company

      Cons

      Calls were almost always escalated, there were times we were left in the dark and not given information that was needed to successful complete our jobs, provided us with vague answers to provide to customers which made for even more upset customers

      The company had a chance to drive improvements and Finacial gains prior to current exec team.
