      RUN!!!

      Pros

      -user friendly claim system -there really isn't any other pros

      Cons

      -you should RUN while you can. -unrealistic expectations -insane amount of workload -pay is laughable compared to expectations and workload -PTO, I submitted a request 4 different times before it was even acknowledged. "unlimited PTO" is bs -Complex adjusters are the only department held accountable and does other dept work on top of there own. -equipment doesn't support job responsibilities -non standard market -training was a breeze because it doesn't support what you will actually be expected to do to be successful in the Complex role -Managers are completely overworked

      Good until it’s not

      Pros

      Managers are friendly and down to earth, good pay, less oversight/people breathing down your neck

      Cons

      Reduced our department and expected us to take on the work of five people and still keep up production, fired when we couldn’t do 4 people’s jobs
